When will my order be shipped?
I aim to ship orders within 1-5 days of your order being placed. Any item that is ordered on a Friday will not be picked up on the mail system until the Monday, please keep this in mind when ordering.

My candle has arrived broken what can I do about it?
Please send me a message. I will require a picture of any broken candle before sending a new one, this is so that I have the proof should any instance occur where I need to claim on the insurance. 

My candles haven't arrived yet what can you do about it?
Send me a message and we can arrange something. All international deliveries are tracked, if your item is shown as delivered I will need you to acquire proof from your local delivery office that it was delivered to the wrong place. Please inform me within 1 month if you have not gotten your package. If your item is still within the time frame of being delivered or within 15 working days of it being dispatched, please allow until this time has past before contacting me.

Can you tell me about your packaging? Is it environmentally friendly? 
I do my very best to be as eco-friendly as possible, my packing peanuts are biodegradable (this can be tested by running them under water - if they disintegrate they are biodegradable). I also package everything in recycled cardboard boxes (where I can) and use recycled paper. Any boxes that contain otherwise, bubble-wrap or shredded paper is what I've reused from items I've received so don't be alarmed if this happens to your order.
