I don't want my item anymore.
If you need to return an item because you are not happy with the item, please get in contact with me within 14 days of the item being delivered. You will be responsible for paying and sending the item back to me in the same condition it was delivered. Please contact me prior to sending the item back otherwise this will be classed as a force return and your refund may be delayed/not accepted.

My item has arrived broken.
Please send me a photo of the item where the crack has occurred. If the item has completely broken during transit please try to get a clear photo of it still in its packaging and dispose of the item. On receipt of the image I will send a return out to you, or if you prefer, give a full refund.

I've changed my mind and don't want the item anymore.
Please get in contact with me as soon as possible either at videowicks@gmail.com or @videowicks on instagram and I will do my best to accommodate you. I have a quick turn around time as all my candles are premade, so please try to contact me within 12 hours of placing an order to be able to get a refund. If your item has been shipped, you will have to ship this item back to me at your own cost, and upon receiving the item you will get a full refund.
